  The information was there. It just lived across different systems, spreadsheets and people's heads.

  We brought the data together, automated some of the repetitive work and built dashboards around the questions people actually needed answered.

  Less time pulling information together. A clearer view of what was happening. And a better starting point for deciding what needed attention.

  For Prime100, that included 7 dashboards and automated reporting across key parts of the business.

  Doing good work and being able to plan it, explain it, evidence it and fund it are unfortunately not the same thing.

  We've worked alongside teams on strategy, planning, reporting, evidence, funding opportunities and submissions — often moving between all of them depending on what was needed.

  It also meant putting stronger planning and reporting rhythms around the work — things that remain useful regardless of which funding applications succeed.

  For Maranguka, that included 3 tenders, 2 EOIs and a grant application representing more than $5.5 million in potential funding.

  A lot of people have spent years assuming technology is something other people know how to do.

  We create hands-on workshops where people can start with an idea, play with the tools and leave having actually made something.

  But what matters more is people leaving with a little more confidence, curiosity, connection and agency than they came in with.

  Our first Future Women session had 80 registrations, with around 55–70 people building alongside us live.

  Sometimes an organisation has grown, changed or become much clearer about its work — but its brand and website are still telling the old story.

  We help make the gap smaller: working out what needs to be said, how it should feel, and building the digital presence to match.

  The result isn't just a nicer website. It's making it easier for someone encountering the organisation for the first time to understand what it does, trust it and know what to do next.

  There was a strong idea and a clear purpose. The challenge was turning it into something people could actually use.

  We worked closely with the founder as the main product and technical advisor, helping shape the product from the early idea stage through to MVP: working out what to build first, what could wait, and how to turn the concept into a practical product.

  From idea to MVP to ongoing improvement, we helped turn the founder’s vision into a real product — without overbuilding it along the way.

  As T-EDI Standards grew, our role continued through feature improvements, product decisions and ongoing technical support — helping the product evolve alongside what users and the organisation needed.

  Getting people in a room and asking what they think is the easy part. Building enough trust to work out what matters — and then helping something actually happen — is harder.

  We work with communities, organisations and place-based initiatives to create ways for people to contribute, make sense of what we're hearing together, turn ideas into priorities, and keep the work moving after the conversation ends.

  The goal isn't engagement for engagement's sake. It's creating the conditions for people to have a meaningful say — and for that participation to lead somewhere.

  For Maranguka, that has included supporting Community Working Groups to strengthen participation, trust and the path from community priorities to action.

  For Regenerating Mornington Peninsula, it has meant helping create clearer ways for people to understand the work, contribute to it and find where they fit.

  Sometimes the problem isn't a missing system, strategy or document. It's having too many moving parts — and needing someone to help think through what matters most.

  We work alongside CEOs and leadership teams as a practical strategy partner: helping untangle priorities, test ideas, strengthen planning and reporting, turn big ambitions into workable next steps, and sometimes simply provide another brain in the room.

  The work changes depending on what the organisation needs. The common thread is helping leaders get from there's a lot going on here to a clearer sense of what to do next.

  For Maranguka, that included working with the CEO and leadership team on organisational strategy, capability, reporting, funding and effectiveness — including introducing more regular planning and project-tracking rhythms.

  For First Nations Worthwhile Ventures, it has included advising the CEO on organisational strategy, impact measurement and grants — helping turn ideas and impact into practical programs, clearer narratives and stronger funding cases.
