Why we exist
We think work shapes the world.
Good Humans Good Work exists to explore what happens when we build businesses, technology, workplaces and communities around humans — instead of endlessly asking humans to contort themselves around systems that weren't designed for them.
We don't expect to fix everything. But there are plenty of things worth trying.
How we work
Good work, done like good humans.
Human first.
Technology, systems and strategy should serve people — not the other way around.
Context matters.
There is rarely one universal best practice. There is what makes sense for these humans, in this organisation, at this point in time.
Build what's actually needed.
Sometimes that's a sophisticated platform. Sometimes it's fixing the spreadsheet. We're surprisingly comfortable telling you the difference.
Leave people stronger.
We would rather build capability than dependency.
Good doesn't have to mean boring.
Serious problems can still be approached with curiosity, creativity, humour and joy.
Better beats perfect.
We're interested in meaningful progress, not performative perfection.
We want to grow.
Just not at any cost.
We're interested in building sustainable businesses. Creating good jobs. Paying people properly. Supporting overlooked founders. Making technology useful without making people disposable.
Helping organisations understand their impact. Creating communities people actually want to be part of. And putting more resources behind people trying to leave things better than they found them.
That's the kind of growth we're interested in.

We don't know exactly what the next few decades will look like.
AI will change work. Climate change will change communities. Industries will disappear and new ones will emerge.
But the future isn't something that simply happens to us. We get to participate in building it.
